Related posts are determined using a keyword scoring system based on article tags, titles, and body text. They are displayed in order by date, from new to old. For articles in which there are fewer than five related posts, only the number of posts that exists is displayed. “We would rather display fewer posts, than point readers to irrelevant content,” said Smith.
